HCI is here to provide the tools and support in order to help you to be successful in this work at home industry.
Arise Virtual Solutions will provide the following to each CSP:
· Choice of any Fortune 500 Company to service.
· Flexibility to create your own schedule.
· “Classroom” based training and self-paced training for the client of your choice.
· Technical Support for client related issues
· Statements of Work (SOW) that give you the confidence need by making you aware of the minimum amount of work required.
· Quality Assurance PF’s to provide feedback on chats, calls, and to offer support for client related questions.
· Partner Central to submit support tickets.
Hines Consulting Innovations will provide the following to each ACP partnered with our corporation:
· Servicing Agreement that clearly explains what is expected of you by HCI.
· Detailed statements explaining how you are being paid.
· Payment twice a month on the 15th and the last day of the month by check.
· Incentives for top performers.
· Meetings to provide feedback and support with metrics, scheduling, and to answer all questions that you may have.
· Programs offered to earn your money back or make some extra cash through HCI Loyalty Program and Referral Bonus Program.
