Welcome to Hines Consulting Innovations!
This is the first step to becoming an Independent Contractor with HCI! Thank you for choosing us. This is a very easy and simple process. Below we will explain what you need to do and what you can expect.
Can I Apply?
You must meet the following requirements in order to begin working from home:
· You must be 18 years of age or older.
· You must legally reside in the United States and be legal to work within the United States. Please note that the States of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin are closed for sourcing purposes.
· You must legally be allowed to become an Independent Contractor in the United States of America.
· You cannot have been convicted pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanor charges (such as fraud).
· You must have the ability to work from home in a virtual office setting.
· You must have a computer, home phone line and cable or DSL Internet. Arise permits the use of a POTS line (Plain Old Telephone Service) and most VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Service Providers. To ensure voice quality on VoIP, we require the use of a physical, hard-wired phone. Servicing is not permitted from cell phones, softphones (phone lines through a computer) or any other providers that do not require a hard-wired-physical phone such as: magicJack, Skype, Google Voice, Vonage or Ooma. Unlimited long distance is also highly recommended. VoIP is allowed on most client programs – however, a small number of client programs currently prohibit the use of VoIP.Click on this link to see if your computer and cable or DSL Internet meets the requirements Arise Workstation Requirements .
The Process
1. Create a Profile with Arise by Clicking Here. The Profile is where you enter your basic information, such as contact information.
2. When asked how you heard about Arise, please select “Existing Arise Certified Professional (ACP)”. Please enter 699310 for the ACP ID.
3. Take and pass the Voice Assessment. This is an automated 10 minute process that assesses voice clarity.
4. Submit and successfully pass the background check. All agents will be required to have a background check. A background check is required to confirm that each individual providing services on behalf of an Independent Business is free of disqualifying criminal convictions .
5. Enroll in the CSP 101 course and complete it within the allotted time frame. This is a self-paced course that will teach you about Arise and how to navigate the Arise systems.
6. Send us an e-mail by Clicking Here to let us know that you have successfully completed CSP 101 and are in the “Incorporation” phase with your CSP ID. We will walk you through the steps to submit a request to join us. Then we will then send you an invitation to join!
7. Select a Client Program.You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 150 companies such as major telecommunications, cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailer.
8. Certify in a Client Program.For each client program, you must complete the certification course where you will learn in detail about the client program, including the performance metrics and the client’s systems that you will use during servicing.
