Hines Consulting Innovations is partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions and everyone that is interested in working with HCI will have to go through the Arise Admissions Process. The costs involved with going through the Arise Admissions Process are the responsibility of the applicant. Please review the steps below to see what will be required:
1. Create a Arise Profile and complete the Voice Assessment (Cost: $0.00)
The Voice Assessment is an automated 10 minute process that access voice clarity. This step must be passed in order to proceed to the next steps. If you do not pass this step, you may re-apply after 90 days. Please click here to begin the Arise Admissions process.
2. Background Check (Cost: $12.95)
Agents provide important services to Arise on client programs and Arise has a vested interest in protecting the property, safety and welfare of its employees, clients and their customers. A background check is required to confirm that each individual providing services on behalf of an Independent Business is free of disqualifying criminal convictions. Arise complies with all applicable laws related to its use of information from background checks. Only criminal convictions are considered and a conviction does not necessarily preclude an individual from providing services on behalf of an Independent Business as a Client Support Professional. When evaluating this information, Arise considers all relevant factors including the bearing the criminal offense may have on the services required by the particular project.
Arise reserves the right to conduct additional background checks at any time. Should any background check report reveal that an individual has a disqualifying criminal conviction; the individual will not be permitted to provide services on the applicable client program on behalf of an Independent Business. Background checks are provided by a non-affiliated third party vendor.
Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate information when completing a background check. Anyone who provides false information will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit any money paid to Arise or any of its third party vendors.
3. Client Support Professional (CSP) 101 Certification (Cost: See Admissions Portal for latest Pricing)
The CSP 101 Certification (Arise Basic Certification) covers all the skills and information you need to know about Arise and its systems before providing services. There are two ways to complete CSP 101:
· SELF-PACED: Choose your own speed, up to 7 days.
· INSTRUCTOR-LED: complete CSP 101 in 1 business day!
You must pass the CSP 101 course to proceed to the next step. If you do not complete the course within the timeframes listed above, you will be required to re-enroll and pay for the course again.
4. Invitation to join HCI (Cost: 0.00)
Once you pass the CSP 101 course, you will be sent to an “Incorporation” page, this is where you will be invited by HCI to join our VSC. Please contact us for assistance with submitting your request to be added. HCI does not charge a fee to join our VSC. HCI does however require that a Serving Agreement be completed once you have been added.
5. Enroll With Your First Client (Cost: See Admissions Portal for latest Pricing)
Once you officially become and CSP, you will be able to express interest in the client of your choice that is available at that time. Each client determines their own fees for the training and certification requirements. All certification courses are done from your own home using a virtual based classroom on a computer, and are taught by a certified trainer. During training you will be given the resources and tools you will need to service clients. Training can lengths of time vary based on the client.
