Hines Consulting Innovations is partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions and everyone that is interested in working with HCI will have to go through the Arise Admissions Process. The costs involved with going through the Arise Admissions Process are the responsibility of the applicant. We are currently not accepting applications in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, New York, and Massachusetts. Please review the steps below to see what will be required:
1. Create a Arise Profile and complete the Ideal Match Assessment (Cost: $0.00)
The Ideal Match Assessment measures your computer proficiency, business judgment, and voice proficiency. This step must be passed in order to proceed to the next steps. If you do not pass this step, you may re-apply after 90 days. Please click here to begin the Arise Admissions process.
2. National Criminal Background Check (Cost: Varies, but can be as much as $49.95)
The background check is completed through U.S. Information Search. Must be clear of any felonies or criminal activity in order to pass and proceed to the next step.
3. Certified Support Professional (CSP) 101 Certification (Cost: Varies, but can be as much as $99.00)
The ACP 101 Certification is a self-paced course that will cover the skills necessary for you to be able to perform as an agent from a remote location. You must pass the CSP 101 course with an 85% or higher to proceed to the next step. The course must be completed within five (5) days from the date that you enroll. If you do not complete the course within the timeframe, you will be required to re-enroll and pay for the course again. Arise frequently offers discounts for this course. 4. Invitation to join HCI (Cost: 0.00)
Once you pass the CSP 101 course, you will be sent to an “Incorporation” page, this is where you will be invited by HCI to join our IBO. HCI does not charge a fee to join our IBO. HCI does however require that a Serving Agreement be completed prior to the invitation being extended.
5. Enroll With Your First Client (Cost: Varies, but can be as much as $300 depending on the client)
Once you officially become and CSP, you will be able to express interest in the client of your choice that is available at that time. Each client determines their own fees for the training and certification requirements. Many opportunities offer a deferred payment plan. This means that you will be responsible for paying a partial amount of the training costs prior to training and the remainder will be deducted from your paychecks semi-monthly. All certification courses are done from your own home, and are taught by a certified trainer. Training is attended through a Virtual based Classroom. During training you will be given the resources and tools you will need to service clients. Training can last between two (2) weeks to eight (8) weeks, four (4) hours a day, five (5) days a week, depending on the client.
